Terms of Use

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Dayt. By creating an account or using Dayt, you agree to follow these terms and the Community & Safety Guidelines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Dayt only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for activity on your account and must not share one-time codes or impersonate another person or organisation.

Real-world participation

Dayt helps members discover people, plans, communities, events and providers. Dayt does not control every member, organiser, venue or third-party service. Use your judgment, meet in public where appropriate, tell someone you trust about a first meeting, and do not go alone if you feel unsure.

Content and conduct

You keep ownership of content you create and give Dayt permission to host, display and process it to operate the service. Do not post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, infringing or unsafe content. Do not scrape Dayt, evade safety controls, spam members or misuse personal information.

Events and bookings

Organisers are responsible for accurate event details, lawful operation and participant safety. Providers remain responsible for their real-world services. Prices, cancellation terms and any disclosed booking or service fee are shown before payment. Third-party provider terms may also apply.

Moderation

Dayt may investigate reports, restrict content or accounts, preserve evidence, cooperate with lawful requests, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or compliance. Members can report and block from within the app.

Ending your account

You may permanently delete your account from within the app. Dayt may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, subject to applicable law.
